Erasmus+ internships in Warsaw, in insurance and leasing

We host Erasmus+ trainees from vocational schools and universities in Türkiye and across Europe at our office in central Warsaw. They work on real client cases, from the first enquiry to the signed contract, with a named mentor, in English or Turkish.

Erasmus+ is the European Union's programme for education, training, youth and sport. We take part as a host company; the grant reaches participants through their sending organisation.

What a trainee works on

Every client request runs through the same five steps. Trainees take part in all of them, with real clients and real offers, and their mentor reviews each step.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

A request comes in by phone, WhatsApp or the website, often in the client's own language. The trainee logs it in the CRM.

  2. 2

    Documents

What will the lessor or the insurer ask for? A residence card, a company registry extract, bank statements, the vehicle's details.

  3. 3

    Offers

Quotes from several leasing companies or insurers, on the same terms, so that they can be compared.

  4. 4

    Recommendation

One clear summary for the client: the monthly cost, the buyout, the cover, and what to watch out for.

  5. 5
