Erasmus+ internships in Warsaw for participants from Türkiye
Vocational high schools and universities in Türkiye can send learners, students and recent graduates to our office in central Warsaw. We sign what your National Agency application and the Polish visa need, and we work with your participants in Turkish.

How it works for you
- Before you apply to the Turkish National Agency, we sign a letter of intent and send our organisation details for the application form. In the 2026 call, KA121-VET and KA122-VET applications were due on 19 February.
- For the visa we send the signed acceptance letter and the Learning Agreement. Visas are applied for in person at VFS Global centres in Türkiye, between 6 months and 2 weeks before travel; a national visa for an internship is decided within 30 days.
- Learners under 18 need a notarised consent from their parents for the visa, and a teacher from your school can travel with the group.
- The visa needs health insurance with at least €30,000 of cover, valid in all Schengen countries; the Learning Agreement says who arranges it.

Signed and addressed to your organisation, with our organisation ID and registry details.
After selection
Acceptance letter
One for each participant, for travel and, where needed, the visa appointment.
Before departure
Learning Agreement
We fill in and sign the host organisation's sections.
Halfway through
Mid-term review
An online call with you, the trainee and the mentor.
Within 5 weeks of the end
Traineeship certificate
The tasks, the hours and the mentor's evaluation.
At the end
Europass Mobility
We fill in the host organisation's part.
