Erasmus+ placements for VET learners
Vocational schools and VET providers send learners to our Warsaw office for short-term mobility or for ErasmusPro. Learners work on the same cases as the team, with a mentor and guidance in English or Turkish.

How it works for you
- Your learners can come during the school year or in the summer; we agree the dates with you.
- We write the learning outcomes against your curriculum, so that your school can recognise the placement.
- Accompanying teachers are welcome at the office during the mobility.
- Learners who are not yet confident in English get their orientation and daily guidance in Turkish.
The documents you get
We take care of the host side of every document, so neither your application nor your participants' travel waits on us.
Before you apply
Letter of intent
Signed and addressed to your organisation, with our organisation ID and registry details.
After selection
Acceptance letter
One for each participant, for travel and, where needed, the visa appointment.
Before departure
Learning Agreement
We fill in and sign the host organisation's sections.
Within 5 weeks of the end
Traineeship certificate
The tasks, the hours and the mentor's evaluation.
At the end
Europass Mobility
We fill in the host organisation's part.
One contact person for all of it, in English or Turkish.

How we start
