Erasmus+ traineeships for university students

Higher-education students on an Erasmus+ traineeship join our team in Warsaw for 2 to 12 months, or for 5 to 30 days in person as part of a blended traineeship. We sign the Learning Agreement for Traineeships and confirm what your international office needs.

How it works for you

  • Students can find us themselves: if we can host them, we send the acceptance letter to them and to their international office.
  • We fill in Table A of the Learning Agreement for Traineeships: the programme, the hours, the knowledge, skills and competences, monitoring and evaluation.
  • The traineeship can be part of the curriculum or voluntary; the university decides how it is recognised.
  • Students choose an area (insurance, leasing, client service, marketing or languages) and can add a second one in a long traineeship.

The documents you get

We take care of the host side of every document, so neither your application nor your participants' travel waits on us.

  1. After selection

    Acceptance letter

One for each participant, for travel and, where needed, the visa appointment.

  2. Before departure

    Learning Agreement

We fill in and sign the host organisation's sections.

  3. Halfway through

    Mid-term review

An online call with you, the trainee and the mentor.

  4. Within 5 weeks of the end

    Traineeship certificate

The tasks, the hours and the mentor's evaluation.

One contact person for all of it, in English or Turkish.
