Erasmus+ internships

Erasmus+ traineeships for recent graduates

Graduates can do an Erasmus+ traineeship within 12 months of graduating, if their university selects them during their final year. For many it is a first job abroad, and at our Warsaw office we plan the placement that way.

How it works for you

  • Apply to your university's Erasmus+ office in your final year: the selection has to happen before you graduate.
  • The traineeship has to start and end within 12 months of your graduation.
  • Graduates take on more responsibility: an area of their own and their own project from the first month.
  • VET graduates can come too, within 12 months of finishing, through their school.

The documents you get

We take care of the host side of every document, so neither your application nor your participants' travel waits on us.

  1. After selection

    Acceptance letter

One for each participant, for travel and, where needed, the visa appointment.

  2. Before departure

    Learning Agreement

We fill in and sign the host organisation's sections.

  3. Halfway through

    Mid-term review

An online call with you, the trainee and the mentor.

  4. Within 5 weeks of the end

    Traineeship certificate

The tasks, the hours and the mentor's evaluation.

One contact person for all of it, in English or Turkish.
